GEOGRAPHIC LOCATION
Lasam town proper is barely 13 km., 20 degrees southwest of Magapit Suspension Bridge. It is 70 km. north of Tuguegarao City by crossing the Cagayan River from the municipality of Gattaran, Cagayan. It is approximately 103 km. from Tuguegarao City if vehicles will take the Lasam-Logac- Magapit National Road and is approximately 88 km. via Lasam-Minanga Norte-Bangag-Magapit Road. It is bounded on the northwest by the municipality of Allacapan, Cagayan and Flora, Apayao, on the east by the Cagayan River and Gattaran, Cagayan, on the northeast by the municipality of Lal-lo, on the south by Sto.Nino, Cagayan, on the Southwest by the municipality of Rizal, Cagayan.
