There were three teams for the host Lasam but they were overwhelmed by the visiting team Tuguegarao in the tournament as they showed their dominance all throughout their games to claim the first prize.

Other towns that participated were Claveria, Iguig, Gattaran, Amulung, Aparri, and Alcala.

Indigeous Games

As part of the town's 125th Independence Day celebration, traditional games were also held at the Lasam Central School grounds.

In the Open Category, Kid Chester Asuncion of Ignacio B. Jurado, got the best of it as he reigned supreme over seasoned chess player Jerwin Tolentino in their final round. Asuncion successfully defended his title as he was the defending champion of the Lasam Invitational Open 2021. On the otherhand, Mark Jonvin Cardona a student at Good Samaritan Christian Academy bested his foes in the U-15 Division of the tournament.

ML Umbrella Session

One afternoon during this year's Tinupig Festival, Mobile Legend greats of Lasam held their seemingly silent online duels and these emerged the winners:

Champion — San Pedro Jzee

Second — Alannay Raja

Third — Centro 3 Avengers

Zumba Showdown

As neither a dance or sports event, the Zumba Showdown proved to be a well-attended attraction of Tinupig Festival 2023. With all the 30 barangays participating, the event of the night of Day 3 filled the new Lasam Arena.

With these varied sports activities, the Tinupig Festival 2023 was indeed multi-color and multi-dimensional.
